When I lived in Chicago, I worked for The Home Depot, where I had 7 years experience with contract negotiations. My job was in Purchasing, where I negotiated vendor terms, pricing and product lines for power tools, hand tools and lighting. I relocated to Las Vegas in 1998, and I soon began working at The Howard Hughes Corporation. The Howard Hughes Corporation manages and develops property in the Las Vegas area such as Summerlin, Hughes Center and the Fashion Show Mall. Working at Howard Hughes showed me an exciting new view of Las Vegas, and I decided to utilize my skills in negotiations and communications and apply them to the real estate profession.

I passed my Nevada State Licensing Exam and National Licensing Exam and became a proud member of the National Association of REALTORS® in 2002.

In 2004, I continued my Real Estate Education and earned the Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR®) designation. This designation indicates that I have specialized training in representing Buyers in the real estate transaction. Training includes identifying potential problems with a property and negotiating the best price on behalf of the Buyer.

In 2005, I earned the Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI®). This is a designation awarded after completing 120 hours of additional classroom instruction and passing exams covering contract law, professional standards, sales and marketing, finance and risk reduction, keeping myself educated with what REALTORS® should know for Buyers and Sellers.

In 2007, I received my Property Manager Permit. This Permit allows me to manage investment and rental properties for my clients, making me a full service REALTOR®.

• I will work for your best interests at every stage of the Real Estate process, starting from the first time we meet and we decide the best action plan for your needs, through the negotiation of Purchase Offers, to the final settlement of the Transaction.

• Communication is important. We will want to agree to a system of regular contacts (whether in person, on the phone, e-mail or text; whatever method you are most comfortable with) so I can keep you up-to-date on the progress of the transaction.

• My goal is that you will be so pleased with my service that you will recommend me to family and friends for their real estate needs.
